I recently came across My Starbucks idea. It's a site where consumers come up with an idea for Starbucks. They share their ideas, vote and comment on what they think is the best. Then Starbucks makes it happen. I love how the site creates an engaging social experience and feeds the creative juices department, with an abundance of fresh ideas from no other than their consumers. Nice one Starbucks!
